WANNA DO SOME PUPPY YOGA?

DO PUPPY YOGA WITH US!

Puppies from Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) are coming to YCR! class! It’s no secret that The Yoga Center Retreat team loves dogs. Most of us have at least one (or wish we did). When you stop by, you might see a beloved canine hanging out with the front desk staff.

So, when the opportunity to combine our love of dogs with our passion for yoga in a Puppy Yoga class benefitting MARS we jumped at the chance. We’re excited to host our third Puppy Yoga Class on Dec. 14 from 1-2 PM.

NEW YEAR'S EVE RETREAT

NEW YEAR'S EVE RETREAT

Ring in the New Year with Suzula Bidon and other YCR staff for a mindful and inspirational New Years Eve Retreat!

The end of the year is an opportune time to reflect on the past, and set our course for the future. At this retreat and celebration, through yoga practice, journal making, writing, and sharing, we will honor and release the past; find presence and peace in the here and now; and define and set our intentions for the future.
